By the way, for anyone who runs into this issue in the future: I was having some issues that I traced back to not having the trailing slash for my site_url context setting. Also, I added another line to my case statement to account for www. I don’t actually know if the latter is necessary or not, but I haven’t had any problems since doing it (knock on wood), so I’d recommend at least trying it.
