Properties or TVs for a Static Resource or Resources with no template

Hello,

i’m heavily improving the Statiker-plugin and i need a way to let the backend-user set some flags for a Static Resource or a templateless resource.

My prevered way would be to enable TVs for them, but i fear it is not possible without a template. Am i right on that? If yes, is there any other possibility? Do i have to extend the manager with ExtJS?

I _can_ assign a template to Static Resources.

And the resources without a template, well, they have to have a template
