Adding a custom form to admin to edit database

Hello, I created a simple database to display a listing of companies on one of my Modx pages. I also make an admin page where i can edit/add/delete entries into the database.

Is there any way I can integrate this script into my Modx Admin page, or I suppose I can wrap my admin code to share the same session?

Any ideas? This is my first project using Modx

The little script I made does the same thing. What plugin is this using to Add Employee, Add Client, etc?

Essential I want to be able to 1) Add/Edit/Remove a list of doctors, 2) Add/Edit/Remove a list of insurance companies, and then 3) a relational database between the two to link doctors to insurance companies they accept.

If you could help me with my original question and suggest a place to look for my second question or what plugin i could use that would be excellent! Thanks!
