Manager Theming

Am trying to find a support topic on how to theme the manager.

The reason being is that I need to have the manager in an RTL layout for a manager user, but when the manager is in an RTL layout the styling seems to be broken.

My thought is to have a manager theme based on the LTR format but using an additional rtl style sheet to fix the style layout.

Any assistance would be appreciated
