i use Friendly url but I can not find the setting to remove the extension from the url.
someone can tell me where is it?

This is not a setting in MODX Revolution; this is determined by the extension of the Content Type assigned to a Resource.
System > Content Types
Then just remove the .html extension from HTML content type.
