Schema Question: Is 'Parents' alias gone?

I see that the ’Parents’ alias is not in the schema for the modResource object. Unless I’m losing it, it used to be there. This returns null:
$modx->resource->getMany('Parents');
Is this gone for good? I think it’s a useful alias.

Was there never a Parents alias in addition to Parent, that got the ancestor objects? I could swear I tested it and it worked at one point.
