Don’t make them xtype boolean; they need to be a list. This is a 3-way list; three options, not two. The property is simply an option of none, Yes or No with values of ’’, ’1’, and ’0’ corresponding, no?
That should work fine. I originally wanted to detect boolean properties and treat them in a different way, but it isn’t necessary and probably seldom would be.
Just out of curiosity, is it by design that when you create boolean properties and don’t give them a value, they are saved as an empty string rather than b:0 or b:1, but get converted to b:0 or b:1 when they become dirty and are then saved (or am I wrong about the process)?
