Anyone using Xdebug to debug ajax server side codes

I installed netbeans and trying to debug a custom manager page. Debug works on normal php pages but I can’t debug ajax requests. I set up debug line, for example to getlist.php page of batcher, but it doesn’t trigger the debugger.

Is this something doable, I googled a lot but couldn’t find any solution. Anyone here using ajax server code debugging successfully?

Open your AJAX php file and put a breakpoint in it, rather than starting the debug session with ’Debug Main Project’ start it with ’Debug File’, see if that works

Thanks shamblett. That was the solution. Took almost a day to make the debugging work but anyway finally working. Thanks again.
