[SOLVED] Dropbox Uploader documentation

Greetings all,

I’m looking for some documentation on the dropbox packet. I’ve tried the wiki, and Jaka’s page @ http://jaka.kubje.org/projects/dropbox-uploader/. The wiki didn’t have anything about it and Jaka has some great examples but I’m not sure how to actually alter the example form. Really all I want to do is remove the destination selector and add a name filed there instead. As I’m only starting to cut my teeth on php I was wondering if there was a comprehensive resource for this. Any thoughts?

Any direction to a resource would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time.

Hello all again.

I fixed the problem I was having.

1. the dropboxuploader package comes with two different TPLs. I just had to select the other TPL to get the format I wanted.

2. While the dropboxuploader is compatible with MODx Revolution the examples and instructions are for an older version. I’m assuming Evo.

So I just checked out the older syntax and changed to work with Revo. New dropboxuploader calls look like this now:



**Note**
Replace the term "email@address" with your email address you registered at dropbox.com and the term "your_password" with your dropbox account password. I just used these as placeholders for my post. ( I know that’s obvious to most,.. I wanted to include this to make it clearer for anyone who might not know.)
