I have a couple of question
I am back with MODx and I have 3 goals
1) Simply create multiple web site (with different domain) and Multilanguage
2) e-Commerce
3) Revolution and Evolution
1) Multi web site
I would like to create very quickly a new web site. Is there a way to save a config file and when MODx is installed, I upload to the config file in order to have WayFinder, Breadcomb, multilangue conifgured.?
I also discovered that with Revolution, we can have multi web site within one core. So this it interested me. But each web site are linked to an idividual URL (www.my-website.ch, www-your-website.ch, www.his-website.ch etc). For different client?
In other word, I really would like to optimized the time while we install and setup MODx for a new web site.
In order to use Multiweb site function of MODx, must have full control of my web server?
2) e-Commecre
This is another important point. is there a way or a module, to let a client to sell product? Is there a module which let the client to setup products and article, sell it via credit card or Paypal, manage delivery address and the datas of the client? Somthink like prestashop.
3) Revolution and Evolution
I am abck with MODx and I discover the Revolution. I am sorry but I am not aware about the new fonctionnalities and I can see that we can choose Evolution or Revolution. Why there is choose? Is it not a upgrade?
Whar are the main difference and what should I choose? I saw in Revolution that there is Multiweb site option, but I have not see it in Evolution? Is it correct?

quick and short....
1. modx revolution uses contexts, wich you can use for multisite and multilanguage. You can easly set diferent domains for each context
2. there is a e-commerce modeule for revolution .. search it in modx addons (you can install it via packagemanagement (modx revo))
3. Revolutions is much better than evolution .. has much improvements vs evolution .. definitly use revolution ..
