Hi there,
I can’t get tinyMce to work - I’ve read all the posts from people having the same problem but I can’t find the fix.
I’ve installed it through Package Manager and manually via ftp, all the systems settings are correct, Rich Text is checked in the Page Settings, I’ve refreshed browsers/cleared caches, tried in on different browsers/machines but with no luck- it won’t show up.
The only glimmer of hope I have is from this post:

Oddly, even after I nuke the the TinyMce files from core/packages and assets/components, empty the cache, flush permission -- everything imaginable, the Package Manager still lists TinyMce. After I have the PM do an install, the files are in the right place, but still not visible to the user. That makes me think a configuration table isn’t being updated.
How can I tell if the manager is looking in the right place for the files?
I notice the same thing,
they then go on to say:
Nevermind. It was the $modx_assets_url missing the parent directory.
What does this mean?
I really need help sorting this out, I’ve got to go to the client tomorrow to show them their new cms...
