Hello I use MODX 2.1.5-pl Revolution at a site of my client. As soon as someone makes any changes to the site will slow down a lot. As I understand it should be for the MODx cache that is continually reset any changes a user? I disabled cache_db but nothing changes. I tried to do the upgrade to 2.2, change the server but the result is the same hang one makes a change the site you slow, 7-10 seconds to load a page. Is there a way to disable this cache hell?
You can refresh the cache manually with the RefreshCache snippet when you're finished working, though it's clunky and slow.
There are probably some ways you could speed things up in general, like replacing output modifiers with snippets and cutting down the number of TVs used.
