Errors in setup log

My environment:
------------------------------
ModX: 2.0.8-pl
Operating System: Debian Squeeze (6.0.1)
Server: Apache/2.2.16
PHP: 5.3.3-7, running as mod_php
MySQL Server: 5.1.49-3
MySQL Client: Ver 14.14 Distrib 5.1.49
pdo-mysql and all other php extensions from official requirements are installed.

Directory containing website belongs to Apache user and group (www-data).

After installing ModX for the first time I found these errors in setup log. ModX seems to be working, but with these error messages I’m not sure if it’s complete or stable.
I’ve tried installing it several times and got exactly same errors. Couldn’t find anything like this in forum or Jira.

If this is the traditional release of 2.0.8, then you can ignore those error messages. If it is advanced, then you have not giving PHP proper permissions to write the files to the locations specified during setup.
