I have a Template Variable and checked the Template Access for this TV to template X.
The document is also of template X, so everything is ok, the template has a value and can be read by GetTVValue in the API.
Now the document is switched to template Y. The Template Access for the TV is not checked for template Y.
But the getTVValue does give a value back without a problem.
So, we have the situation that you cannot change the TV in the Manager, but the TV does have a value.
Is that what we want? Or is this to be considered a bug?
Better said: Should getTVValue check the Template Access?
