No access policy and policy templates

Hi! I’ve rently updated to 2.0.8 but I’ve seen that Access Policy and Policy Templates are epmty

Now ... I don’t remember if I had the same problem also before update... could be... but how Can I create these 2 list? I need to create users with specified policy

What version did you upgrade from?

from 2.0.3 to 2.0.8

but I think that also in 2.0.3 I had the same problem
