Ultimate Parent does not output anything

Hi

Finally I’m trying to commit to Revo.

My first attempts looks not so funny.

I’m simply trying to get a basic call of UltimateParent.

whatever i write,..nothing.
I’m using a local test server with the sample Modx site.

is this wrong ??

goal:
to get a conditionnal page title ’breadcrumbs like’:
if page is under a parent (different as the root), then use a chunk which compile the page Title like parent - pagetitle
with something like :

Yes.
You forgot the question mark (necessary with any other snippet too if you have to add parameters).
And you used Evo syntax for the id variable.
It should beor better
By the way: You can leave out [tt]&id=`[[*id]]`[/tt]: If you don’t add the [tt]&id[/tt] parameter, [tt]UltimateParent[/tt] will take the actual document (the one calling the snippet).
