Installation missing imagery?

Hey,

as per the attached screenshot, imagery seems to be missing. Am I missing a particular module or is there some other reason?

I can still install but PNG’s under /manager are not being displayed giving me the error:

Die Grafik "http://www.test.testdomain.de/manager/templates/default/images/restyle/icons/arrow_up.png" kann nicht angezeigt werden, weil sie Fehler enthält.

which means roughly

The image "http://www.test.testdomain.de/manager/templates/default/images/restyle/icons/arrow_up.png" can not be displayed as it contains errors.

Can anyone offer some assistance please?

Downloaded today: modx-2.0.8-pl

phpInfo is also not being displayed: http://www.test.testdomain.de/connectors/system/phpinfo.php?HTTP_MODAUTH=modx4dc7adc6463608.57013129

has this got something to do with the server automagically throwing a www. in front of the subdomain?

This was me being stupid...Uploading images with a transfer type: ASCII instead of auto/binary. Wonder how that got changed
