Managing Users and Permissions / Access

I have been looking for up-to-date documentation for managing the access controls for users and can’t seem to get anywhere. I have been installing a blog module per instruction and when I get to the "Adding a Moderator Group" section, I get a bit frustrated. The instructions here are not for Revo 2.0.8, and I was curious if anyone out there had a link for me to help me wrap my head around the access policies.

If you want to create a client user that has limited access but can edit all resources, look for the "Limited Manager Users Who Can See All Documents" bit.

There is also a new section on limiting users to a subset of resources.
