filemanager_path in user settings do not overwrite the system

Dear All,

concern: filemanager_path & filemanager_url in user settings do not overwrite the system

I found the Bug #3148 on http://bugs.modx.com/issues/3148 for MODx 2.1.0-rc1.

My question: I use MODx 2.0.8 and have the same bug. It’s only working with context.

Can anyone confirm that?

I’m not positive, but I think that bug existed in 2.0.8 as well.

Is it strange, I guess not much people use this user settings?

That is a shame. I’m setting up a site for a client so I can walk her through the manager and would have liked to restrict her access to a folder in assets so she doesn’t see all the connectors and core etc.

Looks like I’ll have to change it globally.
