If anybody still has this problem here`s the solution, totally weird i`d say:
Go to `Elements` tab, click on one of Your templates, then go to `Template Variables` tab and finally uncheck any checkbox You had checked.
Yes certainly, editing a resource You won`t have a direct access to TV by clicking `Template Variables` but instead and at least and FINALLY You will be able to SAVE Your document. You won`t have direct access to TV above the editing window but still You can use any of Your TVs You have defined.
It was actually solution of my case - it helped me.
