Version: MODx Revolution 2.0.8-pl (traditional)

This error kicks in when I migrate the old database. If I just transfer the files and run /setup, it works fine. It creates a new database, no problem. I can login to manager.
As soon as I dump database from old server and import to new, I get that 500 error.
Can anyone help?
