First of all, please forgive me for not posting this in Jira. I have tried, honestly. I have attempted to sign up for an account. I put in my username and password and it says they don’t exist. I have not received any email and there is nothing in my spam folder.
Anyway, environment info.

The problem:
I keep losing access to my manager. This has happened three times now.
The first time was a new install of Revo. I was installing the test site package. The installation routine didn’t complete and when I tried to return to the manager screen all I got was a completely blank white screen with no error messages. The same result occurred with any of the URLs for manager content, including index.php
As it was a new install I installed it again and the packaged installed without incident (new directory, new database).
I then lost access again a short while later. This time I was editing a template and after saving I tried to click on the Resources tab but no resources list dropped down. Attempting to access another manager tab resulted in the same white screen, with no error messages.
I had a concern about an unstable internet connection and wondered whether the connection had droppped at a critical moment when saving/installing.
So I started again. This time with a different broadband connection which has no issues or problems.
New install of Revo, new database, this time on a different server (same webhost).
All installed. Appeared to be working well so I was confident enough to start building my website. After working on it for three days, this morning I suddenly lost access to the manager. White screen. No error messages. This time I wasn’t saving or installing anything. I had just clicked on my template in order to edit it.
I have been taking the precaution of making regular backups of my database.
If anybody can help me to solve this I will be very grateful. This has been a very frustrating experience so far.
