I just upgraded to a new server with an installation of 2.0.8. Now, I can’t see any images or any files when using the filemanager. The permissions are set to 777 on some of them.
I can see all folders, just not contents.
Would php version have anything to do with it?
I’m now using php 5.3.x
Is the server running suPHP or suExec? If you you need 755 for folders and 644 for files.
It could also be an issue with the ownership of the files.
i have suexec enabled. and an added note about this issue is that i can upload files just fine. they appear in the FTP directory. The permissions are 644 and the owner is the default FTP user, which is the same behavior of original server.

I checked my system settings and everything looks good. I don’t see any reason that the filemanager would not *show* any files, but can still create upload files.
I rarely use TinyMCE and I know it can be a real pain to configure. Maybe someone more familiar with it will chime in.
