Categories in the Elements Tab...

I’ve noticed that the category folders in the elements tab do not display the same for all types of elements. For example, if you have a category named "Unused Category", you will see a folder named "Unused Category" under the "Templates" section, but if there is nothing in that particular category, that same folder does NOT appear under the "Chunks" section.

This is odd behavior... is it expected? or a bug?
