You should be able to do that with Formit or any form snippet.
Just gotta give it the right enctype in the form.
This is how I did this on Evolution using eForm:
Form chunk with enctype declared and two input fields
<form method="post" action="[~[*id*]~]" id="Contact" name="Contact" enctype="multipart/form-data">
<input name="formid" type="hidden" value="Contact" />
<table>
<tr><td><label for="cfName">Naam</label></td><td><input name="name" id="cfName" class="text" type="text" eform="Your Name::1:" /></td></tr>
<tr><td><label for="cfEmail">E-mailadres</label></td><td><input name="email" id="cfEmail" class="text" type="text" eform="Email Address:email:1" /></td></tr>
<tr><td><label for="cfRegarding">Titel bijdrage</label></td><td><input name="subject" id="cfRegarding" class="text" type="text" eform="Form Subject::1" /></td></tr>
<tr><td><label for="cfMessage">Omschrijving / tekst</label></td><td><textarea name="message" id="cfMessage" eform="Message:textarea:1" cols="30" rows="10"></textarea></td></tr>
<tr><td><label for="cfAttachments">Bijlage</label></td><td><input class="field" id="cfAttachments" type="file" name="attachment"/><br /><input class="field" type="file" name="attachment2"/></td></tr>
<tr><td></td><td><input type="submit" name="contact" id="cfContact" class="button" value="Versturen" /></td></tr>
</table>
Report chunk
<p><em>Deze bijdrage is verzonden vanaf de website door [+name+]</em></p>
<table>
<tr valign="top"><td>Naam</td><td>[+name+]</td></tr>
<tr valign="top"><td>E-mail</td><td>[+email+]</td></tr>
<tr valign="top"><td>Titel bijdrage</td><td>[+subject+]</td></tr>
<tr valign="top"><td>Omschrijving / tekst bijdrage</td><td>[+message+]</td></tr>
<tr valign="top"><td>Bijlage(n)</td><td>[+attachment+] - [+attachment2+]</td></tr>
</table>
The "bijlage(n)" part is unnecessary, as all that does is give the names of the attachment. The files itself are simply added as.. attachments to the email.
