Save Button Greyed Out On Checkbox Change

As per the title...

I am using TV checkboxes and when I click one the save button does not become active. I have to do a space of something in another TV so the system thinks there was a change. I am using Chrome but just tried Firefox with the same results and wondered if this is a known issue?

Hi,
I find that frequently I cannae get those Save buttons to appear easily, either. I usually can do some tabbing to make it happen. Maybe put your cursor in content and tab off of that?
