How to set path in IIS?

Hello, I’m having issues with the file manager not showing files after uploading them in an image TV. I have checked the FTP and they were actually uploaded but do not show in the manager. I do see the folders that I should

Files
>assets
>connectors
>core
>manager

The path is W:/ftproot/LocalUser/accountname/www/

I’m not a windows guy so having issues trying to get this working correctly. If anyone could help?

I seem to keep getting PHP has encountered an Access Violation at xxx errors when saving docs. Has anyone else had this issue with Windows based servers, if so how do I fix it?

Anyone able to shed some light on why images do not show in the image browser for image TVs?

What OS do you have? What version of IIS? What version of PHP do you have? Is PHP set up via ISAIP or FastGGI? You may need to reinstall PHP, I suggest installing PHP with Microsoft Web Platform Installer: http://www.microsoft.com/web/downloads/platform.aspx.

As for the images not showing up, I would guess PHP does not have proper write permissions. Verify that you have set write/modify permissions for the Internet Guest Account (IUSR_PC-Name). If you are on windows 2008 the group that IUSR belongs to must also have permissions to write/modify. I my environment that group is Users.
