getResources order by ids?

Hello,

I’m using getResources to display certain resources (&resources=`5,3,9,1`) I was wondering how I can actually order them by the IDs that are put in there rather than menu index? Is that possible?

I tried the new version of getRources there but it errors. I’ll continue to look in to it and see if I manage to solve it.

Nice one, finally got that working. Really nice that checkbox sortable thing! I’m loving REV more and more, taken time but it’s really starting to show it’s awesome.

I tried your edit Gomp and it worked great in 2.0.8pl but trying it in 2.1 rc4 it seems to of stopped working. The snippet doesn’t seem to work with &sortby=`resources` but if resources if replaced with ID or is left out then it works, but not in the ID order.

Would you be able to shed some light on this? I really would like to use this again if possible, I have started writing my own but might save me some time.

I am also keen to see the sort by resource id set in the snippet call. It would seem this would be an expected function, am I wrong?
