Hi...
For each product, category, and subcategory page that I have, I need to choose an image from the Gallery component that can be displayed when showing all the products in a category, or all the categories in a subcategory.
I currently have a TV called galleryItemId... This literally holds the ID of the item in the gallery that I want to use when listing products in a category and so on...
I then use GalleryItem to display that image, using the ID from the custom TV. This ensures that my images in the listings are always the same size.
Annoying thing with this approach, is while it works, I have to find the image I want in the gallery first, note the ID, then navigate back to the resource, and type in the ID...
I know there is a GalleryItem TV but that has so many options, more options than I want to give to my client... What would be perfect is a TV that allows me to select an image, and the output is just the ID of that image... This way I can continue with my current approach, but simplify it massively...
Any suggestions for how I can create this TV. Is it a quick job? Or am i thinking about this all wrong?
