I noticed in Package Management there are a few multiple version of packages - is it supposed t be this way for example the SPForm as one Captacha is another. Is this normal?

It only happens if Extras submitters are not marking as ’deprecated’ their older versions.
This has been addressed in the upcoming Extras revamp to prevent this from happening.

I submitted those, so sorry for the confusion. It happens because packages are submitted but usually not approved until a day or so later. I hesitate the mark the old version deprecated before the new one shows up. Then, when the package is approved, I forget to do it.
