[Solved:] Gallerific: images are overlaying menus

    Hi guys,

    is anyone familiar with the gallerific-plugin of the modx-gallery?
    Inactive thumbnails and the main-image itself are always overlaying all other elements when scrolling
    or opening a dropdown-menu (please see attached screenshot).

    I played around with the css (z-index), unfortunately this didn’t change anything, I guess the reason for
    this must be somewhere in the JS.

    Would anybody be so kind and give an hint, what JS-function it might be, that causes this?
    I’m not familiar with JS and couldn’t find anything in the internet or the comments in the gallerific-JS.

      It’s possible the gallerific plugin sets a real high z-index, so did you try setting the z-index on your menu to, say, 9999?
