I know this exists: [[~2? &scheme=`full`]]
But I’m also pretty sure that there is the undocumented [[~2? &scheme=`full` &args=`???`]]
Or am I wrong?
If not, what is the format of the &args?
What else that I do not know about the URL placeholder output filtering?

will autocreate :
