[SOLVED] Quip: EVERY sitevisitor can delete comments (bug?)

Hello,

some of you may know that I’ve already had some troubles with Quip before (http://modxcms.com/forums/index.php/topic,59954.0.html), but this is even stranger:

I installed a brand-new MODx-system and added Quip, using the tutorial at the documentation (http://rtfm.modx.com/display/ADDON/Quip) and it’s subpages.
Now there is a "delete"-link shown for EVERY sitevisitor under each comment, and even worser: it works. So it is possible for visitors to delete whatever comment they might want to. Note: I was logged out of the system and checked from another computer, the link is still there.

I know that I can manually make the "delete"-link disappear by editing the templates of the comments, but I think such working links shouldn’t be standard, or am I getting something totally wrong?

I’m using MODx 2.0.7 and Quip 1.2.4.

PS: Does anybody know how to edit the style of the comments at the "reply to thread"-page?

I think some others have reported this. I’ll look into it tomorrow. For reference, what’s your Quip and QuipReply calls look like?

thanks a lot for answering, should have taken a look at the bugtracker before, sorry for that.
I haven’t seen any report on that there, shall I report it?
