Impossible to access to manager area

Hi! After moving a portal from a server to another one

- copyed my old site files
- overwritte with new modx downloaded from site
- execute setup with updrade

I show my site (with right layout)
I show manager login page
But when I insert right login and password I can’t access to manager area; I still show login area

If I insert wrong password I show red message, If I insert right password I show always login manager page

Can you help me?

Could be a path problem.... I’ve changed path position of app

I’ve edited config file in core folder... but I don’t know if I’ve to change also something for manage path

Please can you help me for find a solution to this problem?

Check your config file carefully in Core -> config -> config.inc.php It is so easy to make a typo error (I’m made loads!) and then nothing works, and then don’t forget to clear out the Core -> cache -> config.cache.php file too.

Also check your database - the workspace table can also be an area worth checking that the filepath is correct - been caught with that one too

Also if you have edited the .htaccess file check that, supprising how many people over look that
