Here’s the scenario
1. User A has these settings - User Group ’Resellers & SI Partners’ with a role of Moderator (Authority 7000);
2. Under Resource Groups I have a group called ’Resellers’ under which I have my page ’dashboard’.
3. If I don’t add Context Access to ’Resellers & SI Partners’ the page is private until logging in, which is ok.
4. If I add Context Access to ’Resellers & SI Partners’ using web, min role 9999 and resource the page is private until logging in, which is still ok.
5. If I add Resource Group Access to ’Resellers & SI Partners’ using web, min role 9999 and resource the resource can now not be accessed even if I am logged in.
The site will be structured in this way:
public page
public page
dashboard (all who log in can access)
|- Marketing page (all who log in can access)
|- document one (only resellers can access)
|- document two (only resellers can access)
|- document three (only buyers can access)
|- Sales page (all who log in can access)
|- document four (only buyers can access)
|- document five (only resellers can access)
|- document six (only buyers can access)
Any Idea what id going one?
Without linking the user group and resource group I can’t fine tune the access a couple of levels down. If I return some information on my marketing page there isn’t enough information to know if the user has access or not without the user group and resource groups linked:
All child documents
29, 31, 30
Groups that can access document 29
3
Get the name of resource group 3
Resellers
Am I in the resource group Resellers?
false
Am I in the user group "Resellers & SI Partners"
true
I have followed these instructions and triple checked everything:

And even read through this page and can’t see the problem:
