Friendly URL alias path

I just launched a site this morning and the Friendly URLs are giving me an odd problem whenever I am on a subpage.

If I hover over or click on the top navigation links from the homepage, all the ’sections’ work and the URL path looks exactly like I expect.

http://www.lcglifechanges.com/

However, if you try to get to any page from an internal page,
say http://www.lcglifechanges.com/about-us/james-fitzsimons.html
the URL path is picking up parts of the other links alias.

IE in this case ever link has ’/about-us’ in the path to every other page

I’m using Modx 2.07 but this was happening in 2.04

My .htaccess file has following

Had anyone come across this issue before?
