Minimum permissions to log into the manager?

I don’t think there’s such a setting as "Look but don’t touch" to give someone access to the manager without "screwing anything up"... but what are the minimum permissions/associations required to grant a user access to log into the manager?

(I realize I’m being overly simplistic, but that’s kinda the point)

I think you just want to duplicate the Administrator policy and uncheck everything you don’t want them to be able to do. Then update their user group and assign that policy in a Context Access ACL entry with a context of mgr and their role as the minimum role.
