Batcher author updates dont work for the 'non-admin' roles

Hello,
For some reason the Batcher package doesnt allow to view the author list in the drop-down menu when i try to update authors for several selected documents. This is happening when i login as an "Editor". In the admin mode everything works fine.

I checked the Access Policies for both and cant figure out whats responsible for such restriction. The ’Components’ permission is added, as well as: ’List’, ’View’, ’Load’, etc.

What else can it be?
