Can't create editor user with access to the resource tree

Hi,

I have followed http://bobsguides.com/revolution-permissions.html to the letter. But no matter what I do I can not create a new user that can see the resource tree. I think this has something to do with the web context. I think I need to assign it to my newly created role and access policy, but there is no way I can do this.

ok, I was being very stupid. I was trying to modify the context access using the editor account.
