After upgrading from 2.0.6, I got this on my Apache’s error log;

Uhm, those files don’t exist anymore. Are you sure you did an upgrade correctly? They shouldn’t be referenced.

No error when upgrading.

Since a while ago. A lot of those files have been consolidated into other files.
It sounds like your advanced upgrade didn’t copy over all the files. You either have permissions issues, or didn’t uncheck the right boxes during setup. You might want to try the traditional install.

I don’t find similar problem on the traditional version.
But I just insist to try this advance version for my own experience.
Nothing wring with the permission, since it runs on my localhost.
Just assume they are all coming from the manager/ folder, I believe deleting the manager when upgrading won’t harm the setup, since it will create that folder again, right?
The core/ folder is out of the www/ root.

just to confirm, deleting (actually I renamed it) the manager/ folder before running the setup/index.php, healed the problem.
The manager/ folder was created again automatically.
