But I could log in successful after the installation complete.

I saw this as well on one installation, but it’s just a warning that is being issued as setup attempts to determine if the table already exists or not. It is still creating the tables fine, so you can ignore those for now and I’ll look into why this is suddenly being reported and why it’s not being reported in the MODX error or install logs.
