    Happy New Year!

    Sorry, for being so pushy, but my clients are close to boil me in oil!

    Could one of the MODx-developers - or any other skilled person - have a look at bug #3111? This cache problem is blanking my customers websites! This is SERIOUS stuff!

      Oliver I am sure one or both of the devs will review the issue as soon as possible.

      I am not a Revo developer but I didn’t see anything about reviewing error logs or the server logs for php/apache errors in the ticket. Are there any?

        Can you turn off the caching in the meantime? Just so the client won’t boil you in oil just yet tongue

          If you didn’t do it already I recommend testing this on a different host.
          Maybe site5 or hostclear. Just sign-up for a basic account upload your site to their server and test if the problems appear. I think you have like a 30days money back guarantee. Even if you don’t get your money back it’s not that much of an investment.

            I did a full recursive "chmod 777" for the directory BEFORE the setup. What do these errors want to tell me?

                Sorry for this late replay.

                Today another MODx website blanked out. :-((( This time it happend with a different provider, so I now have to think that MODx is to "blame".

                I checked the cache files in "/core/cache/web/resources/" and they were all there and OK. So this might be a Cache/DB problem.

                I have a full FILE and DB backup. Can anybody have a look at it?
