ACLs dont work after upgrade to 2.0.6

Hello,

After i upgraded to 2.0.6 the following tabs are completely blank: Access Policies and Policy Templates under Security -> Access Controls
When i try to create a new Policy Template - the system just spins forever.

I tried rerunning the setup, but no luck.

Please help,

i see the following errors in the manager log when i try to create a new policy template:
