Copy a Modx Website to local server

Hi All

Can anyone teach me step by step how can i copy a Modx Website from a webserver (online server) to a local server ( i have got Easy PHP installed in my computer)? I tried to do it twice but for me it´s a bit hard because i´m fresh in php/mysql!!

I need to do it because i need to do some tests and i don´t want to do it online...

The instructions in the Wiki might help. Though they’re for going from local to remote installation, the steps are the same whichever way you go. There’s no PHP involved.

The stumbling block would probably be transferring the database, if you’re not familiar with phpMyAdmin. There it’s a case of creating a database with the same name as your remote installation, and importing the SQL file you created in the MODx backup.
