Hey!
Is it somehow possible to prevent lexicon entries (which has been modified manually) to be overwritten after a package update?
I changed a lot of lexicon entries for the Quip namespace according to the site’s needs. After an update all these changes have been lost.
Is there a way to prevent this behaviour for future updates?

Did you change them in the files, or in the Lexicon Management grid in the Manager? If you do it in the Manager, they’re supposed to survive upgrades.
I changed them in the Manager. Maybe they have been resetted by the update to Rev 2.0.6 and not by the update of Quip?

Lexicons should only be updated in the files that come with it when you update a component, or the core. If you have overridden entries in your database, they should still override the values after the update. If that is not the case and your database entries are being removed or ignored following an upgrade to Quip or Revo itself, I would definitely enter a bug report in the appropriate place.
