When updating from 2.04 to 2.06 i get this warning at the top of the page after install

Besides that i now have these problems:
In the manager the tree and all other data is gone, only ui parts are there.
captha image is broken, for login, login works when disabled
evrything else works snippits, chuncks, get resource, quip, get, chuncks, getlist ,archive,tags, etc

front-end is partly working, wayfinder quip, etc all still working.
Images from gallery seem to be broken.
Never got this error before, all updates till now where flawless on this server and website. ( 2.02pl, 2.03, 2.04pl)
Putting back the database backup will solve everything and the site works again,
run 2.06 setup and it’s broken like this
flushing clearing cache, setup agian, etc doesn’t do the trick.
install from safari, firefox and chrome all give the same results
as a attachtment a file with the server settings from a working 2.04pl site on the same server on web 3 in stead of web4.
Can’t set path in database, all other components paths are excactly the same.

updating the demosite gives no errors on the same server.
So it ain’t the server,

i guess the problem is gallery or Captha both use images, both there images are gone....
In the past these two gave me the most troubles with copying sites and install new updates.
still looking anybody any idea of waht is going one here?
