Activate other language than english for web context?

How do i activate another language for the web context?
I want to display my snippets in german (for example the login snippet).
There are different languages in the lexicon but how do i call the snippet with them?
I tried but that didn´t work.

Please help

Set the "cultureKey" setting to "de" as a Context Setting in the web context. (Or as a System Setting, for the default for all contexts)
