Hi all.
I forgot my manager password for one of my sites.
I clicked on the "forgot login" link and provided my email address.
First I typed in the wrong address, and got "User not found with that email. Please try again."
I used phpmyadmin to find the email address associated with the user, and tried again. This time I got:
"error when sending email"
I checked the hosts email abilities by going to a contact form that I’ve set up on that domain, and sending myself an email from it.
How can I further diagnose the email problem?
How can I reset my password and log in?
Ok - I’ve managed to log back in, after changing the password field for the admin user.
Now, how do I go about diagnosing the email error?
