Simple Editor for a TV of type "RichText"

Hi!

I’ve got a TV which will hold some simple HTML content (1 to 2 paragraphs, links, etc. nothing special).

There are TV types "Textarea" and "Textarea (Mini)". Is there something similar for the Richtext type?
The default Richtext Editor (TinyMCE Package), is very very big and takes a lot of space in the manager (it’s of the same size and complexity like the editor for the resource’s content, which is not necessary here).

How can I change the size and theme (simple) of TinyMCE for specific TVs (not for all)?
