Renaming file resets directory tree

MODx-Version: MODx Revolution 2.0.4-pl2 (Traditional)
Server: Linux, PHP 5.2.4, MySQL 5.0.51a
Browsers Tested: Firefox 3.6.12 and Internet Explorer 8.0.7600.16385 - Client uses Safari on a Mac, not sure about version there.

When in the file Manager (Ressources -> Elements -> >Files< -- my install is in german, so I’m not 100% certain on how they’re called in english), browsing to a subdirectory, right click a file to rename it, enter new name in div that pops up, then save the new filename, the whole tree gets reset and the user is back to the default view with all subdirectories closed. When a user has to rename multiple files this can become quite a nuisance.

When the tree is open and the user is in the subdirectory he wants to be in, and switches for exmaple to User->Profile, the tree opens itself up again to the same position it was before. Can this be done for renaming files aswell?

Is there an easy fix for this issue, as it is quite annoying.

That does sound annoying.

Could you please file a bug report for this at http://bugs.modx.com/projects/revo/issues if one does not already exist for it. This will ensure it gets addressed.

I hope it’s not a duplicate, but I wasn’t able to find an issue for it in the bug tracker.
